Owner Representation

As an owner’s representative, GSK Builders Group acts as a liaison between owner, design team and contractor – guiding the project while representing and protecting the owner’s interests. We initiate the project and articulate the owner’s objectives throughout the concept, design and construction phases to ensure that all teams understand the owner’s expectations and commit to them. As the initiator and primary moving force behind the project, we establish the tone and the level of performance required and expected from all participants.

We help the owner navigate site selection, design team assembly, construction risk, trade bidding, contractor selection, construction oversight and budget maintenance. From site or project logistics and strategy to final punch-listing of trades, we know what to look for and bring value to the project by advising the owner on key issues to plan for and pitfalls to avoid.
